Taamer is a technology platform for maintenance requests. It does not replace a written agreement between a customer and a provider where one is required by law or by the nature of the work.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, browsing, submitting a request, accepting a job, sending messages, uploading photos, or otherwise using Taamer, you agree to these Terms. If you use Taamer for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business.

  • You must provide accurate account, role, contact, location, and service information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not use Taamer for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or misleading activity.

2. What Taamer provides

Taamer helps customers submit maintenance requests and helps independent service providers receive, review, accept, manage, and complete opportunities. The platform may support request details, estimates, photos, chat, scheduling, completion evidence, ratings, reports, follow-ups, and administrative review.

  • Taamer is not the service provider unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific service.
  • Providers remain responsible for the work they accept, the people they send, and the quality and safety of the service.
  • Customers remain responsible for describing the request accurately and allowing safe, reasonable access to the service location.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers should use Taamer in a way that lets a provider understand the issue and perform the work safely.

  • Submit honest request details, location information, photos, time preferences, and access instructions.
  • Review provider estimates before work starts and raise questions before approving completion.
  • Do not harass, threaten, mislead, delay, or ask providers to perform unlawful or unsafe work.
  • Use reports, follow-ups, and support flows responsibly and only when there is a genuine issue.

4. Provider responsibilities

Providers are independent professionals or businesses using Taamer to receive work opportunities. Acceptance of a job means the provider is responsible for handling it professionally.

  • Keep services, coverage area, profile, pricing guidance, portfolio, certifications, and availability accurate.
  • Give clear estimates before work starts and explain any material scope or price change.
  • Arrive, communicate, cancel, reschedule, and complete work in a responsible manner.
  • Hold any license, permit, certification, insurance, or authorization required for the work you perform.
  • Follow up on approved rework or support requests promptly to avoid account restrictions or visibility impact.

5. Estimates, final prices, and payment

Taamer does not currently hold, collect, process, release, or guarantee payments between customers and providers. Payments are handled directly between the customer and the provider outside the app unless Taamer later introduces a supported payment feature under updated terms.

  • Displayed estimates and final amounts are recorded for transparency, analytics, completion confirmation, and support context.
  • A provider must not misrepresent price, scope, urgency, qualifications, or completion status.
  • A customer must not falsely confirm, deny, or dispute payment or completion.
  • Taamer may use estimate-to-final price differences as one signal in quality, reliability, support, and dispatch decisions.

6. Content, photos, messages, and reviews

You may upload request photos, portfolio photos, completion photos, certification files, messages, reports, notes, and reviews. You keep ownership of your content, but grant Taamer a limited right to host, display, store, process, moderate, and use it to operate the platform, support users, investigate issues, improve safety, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Do not upload content that is illegal, private without permission, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, misleading, or unsafe.
  • Taamer may remove, hide, restrict, or moderate content, including reviews, where needed for safety, legality, platform integrity, or user protection.
  • Chat and support evidence may be reviewed by authorized Taamer staff when needed to resolve a report, dispute, follow-up, safety concern, or account issue.

7. Trust, safety, and account action

Taamer may use ratings, completion history, cancellations, response behavior, reports, follow-up outcomes, pricing consistency, verification status, support history, and other operational signals to protect users and improve matching.

  • Taamer may warn, restrict, suspend, remove, or block an account where activity appears unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, repeatedly unreliable, or harmful to the platform.
  • Provider visibility, dispatch order, or eligibility may be affected by availability, service fit, location, ratings, completion behavior, cancellations, unresolved follow-ups, reports, and verification signals.
  • Taamer does not guarantee any user a specific job, provider, response time, income, ranking, or outcome.

8. Service availability and limitations

Taamer is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, but outages, delays, incorrect user information, third-party service issues, network problems, device limitations, or events outside our control may affect availability or accuracy.

  • Taamer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
  • If mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply.

9. Governing law, support, and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please raise disputes or complaints through Taamer support first so they can be reviewed with the relevant request, chat, photos, reports, and account history.

  • If a matter cannot be resolved through support, it may be referred to the competent Saudi courts or authorities unless mandatory law requires a different route.
  • We may update these Terms when the platform, law, or operational risk changes. Material updates will be communicated through the app or website where practical.
  • Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@taamer.app.
