Taamer (تأمر) is an app that connects customers with home-maintenance providers in Saudi Arabia. You can describe the work, review an offer and follow the job in one request. The website lets you browse service categories; service requests are made in the mobile app.

1. Describe what needs attention

Start a request in the app, choose the service that best fits the issue, and say what is happening. A short description is more useful than a guessed diagnosis: where is the problem, when did it start, and is it constant or occasional? Add useful photos if you have them, confirm the service location, and choose an available time before reviewing and submitting.

For example, “The bedroom AC runs but the room stays warm; it started yesterday” gives a provider a clearer starting point than “AC broken.” Keep private information such as entry codes out of photos and request descriptions. Our AC symptom guide and plumbing photo checklist can help you prepare useful details safely.

2. Review the offer before you agree

Taamer searches for providers based on the service, location and availability. Sending a request does not mean you have accepted an offer or booked a provider. When an offer arrives, review the provider, proposed price, visit details and payment method. You can accept or decline while the offer is available.

Check the listed scope: does the amount cover diagnosis, repair, or both? Do not assume that an unclear offer includes additional work or parts. Messaging is not available while an offer is pending; after assignment, use request messages when available to confirm the scope before extra work. Our quote checklist explains what to review before accepting and what to confirm afterward.

3. Follow the work in your request

Open the request from Home or Activity to see its current stage. Once a provider is assigned, the details can show when they are on the way, have arrived, are working, have submitted a final amount, and when the job is completed. Message or call actions appear when available, so details and decisions can stay with the request.

If the provider submits a final amount, review the work and amount before approving it. If a completion code appears afterward, share it only when you are ready to confirm completion. If something is wrong, use the available report or support option instead.

If you are still waiting

Matching depends on the service, location and provider availability. A “searching” status is not a confirmed appointment, and a provider or arrival time cannot be guaranteed. Follow the request for the next action; if no match is found, review your time and location before trying again.
